A FREE GUIDE AND VIDEO FROM EAMON DUFFY

Most men don't have enough deep conversations in their lives.

15% of American men report having no close friends. 73% have five or fewer. If you want more close friends, or deeper conversations with the ones you have, this guide is for you.

In a short video and a printable PDF, I will walk you through a simple way to start the kind of conversations that build real friendship. Who to start with. How to set the room. What to actually say. And how to make it a regular part of your life rather than a one off.

An 11 minute video.

Eamon walks you through the four steps to having better conversations and friendships. Watch it now to have greater connection and support.

This guide is for the man who has noticed that the people in his life are good people, and that he still sometimes feels alone in what really matters to him.

It is for the man whose relationship is fine, who likes his job, who is fortunate by most measures, and who still wonders why he does not have anyone to call when something real is happening underneath.

It is for the man who is open to spiritual conversation, but not interested in being told what to believe.

It is for the partner, the sister, the friend who is reading this for someone else, and who already knows who needs it.

"Being part of this community has changed my life. It opened me to my greater good and allowed me to heal the past and step boldly into my future."

— Aaron

Eamon Duffy, Spiritual Director, New Thought Men's Community

Eamon has been doing men's work for more than thirty years. He has run small living room circles, large weekend retreats, and an international online Men's Summit that brings together more than twenty teachers in the New Thought tradition.

He is the author of The Blessing Circle, a book about the future of men's work, brotherhood, and the practice of seeing one another clearly.

He lives in Colorado. He is sober about the state of men in this culture and stubbornly hopeful about what is possible.

"To find this connection with my tribe, my spiritual brothers, has been the healing and blessing I have been searching for my whole life but had never found, until now."

— Abe
